Designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, their only original course in North Carolina, the layout moves across a secluded, 310 acre property of longleaf pines, mature hardwoods, and sandy native ground, looking less like it was built and more like it was discovered.


Every hole asks a different question. Wide Bermuda fairways invite you to swing freely, but the angles matter. Miss your line and you are playing out of sandy waste areas instead of rough. Over 100 feet of elevation change and a pair of lakes keep club selection and shot shape honest from the first tee to the last.


The greens are the heart of the course. Bentgrass surfaces full of slopes, humps, and hollows reward a smart approach and punish a careless one, while generous chipping areas force you to decide how to get the ball close, not just whether you can.


Dormie Club is not a test of raw power. It is a test of imagination, discipline, and touch. Short par 4s tempt you into risk, the par 3s are among the most memorable in the Sandhills, and the course plays differently every time you walk it.

What is the cost to register for the event?

Your seat at this invitation-only event is $4,500. It is the most elevated experience we offer, and it is priced to stay that way.

What accommodations are provided?

Every member of the field stays on property in a private suite with a king bed and an en suite bath, your own retreat at the end of each day. But what sets these weekends apart isn't the room. It's the connection woven into every part of the experience, by design, so you leave with more than a scorecard.

When are the dates for the event at Briggs Ranch?

The dates of the tour are Monday September 21st - Wednesday Setpember 23rd, September,.

What’s included in the tour package?

Your experience is all-inclusive: championship golf, private accommodations, chef-prepared meals, and drinks throughout the weekend. We simply ask each attendee to keep a card on file for personal extras like pro shop purchases.

What is not included in the pricing?

What's not included


Travel. Getting to and from the event is on you, including any transportation between your accommodations and the course. Please plan to arrive in time for your tee time.


Pro shop purchases. Anything you pick up from the pro shop is charged to the card you keep on file.


Everything else, from golf and lodging to meals and drinks, is taken care of.

What airport should I fly into?

If you're flying in for Dormie Club (West End, NC), the most convenient airport is Raleigh-Durham International (RDU), about 80 miles and roughly a 90-minute drive from the club. Charlotte (CLT) is a solid alternative with more connections, about two hours away.
