Frequently Asked Questions

    What is the cost to register for the event?

        The total cost to join the tour is $3,200 per golfer.  We offer a payment plan -- 4 Payments of $800.  You're eligible to play as long as you've paid the first payment before we tee off.

    What accommodations are provided?

        Each attendee will enjoy luxury accommodations.  A unique aspect of these luxury events is the intentional connection weaved into each experience.  You may have your own room with a king bed or you may share a room with a fellow competitor.  Trust the process and come ready to get connected.

    When are the dates for the event at Ballyhack?

        The dates of the tour are Wednesday May 14th - Friday May 16th, 2025.

    What’s included in the tour package?

        The entire experience is all-inclusive.  Included in this experience you receive 4 rounds of world-class golf, 6 meals, high-end cigars, bourbon, and wine as well as 5-star accommodations.  

    What is not included in the pricing?

        Travel.  You'll be responsible for all transportation.  This includes travel between the accommodations and the course.  You will be responsible for arriving on time for your tee time. 

    What airport should I fly into?

        The most convenient airport for accessing Ballyhack Golf Club in Roanoke, Virginia, is Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA). For travelers seeking alternative options, Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH) is about 50 miles away, and Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) in Greensboro, North Carolina, is approximately 99 miles from Roanoke.

    Will I have to drink or smoke cigars during the event?

        No, you don't have to drink or smoke cigars.  While we do provide these items, it is never a central part of our gathering.
